**The Organisation**

This results driven team is highly fast paced and sits inside a market leading organisation. The business is very much in growth mode, continually evolving and is based in Western Sydney. This business takes pride in celebrating their employees while enabling them to be their best.

**The Role**
- 12 month Contract for a HR Administrator.
- Reporting directly to the Head of People and Culture (Projects) and working collaboratively with the rest of the HR team.
- Responsible for providing effective coordination and HR administration services.
- Support the team across various projects and provide support to employees following the implementation of a new HRIS system.
- Responsible for coaching and advising employees with inquiries, and becoming a system superuser to support the wider business.
- 5 days working in the office a week in their Western Sydney workplace.

**The Criteria**
- Experience in a previous HR role.
- Experience in using Workday and be confident in using the functionality of the system.
- A 'can-do' attitude and and be a collaborative team player.
- Able to juggle multiple tasks effectively and have a strong eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
- A strong technical understanding and a willingness to learn.
