We are currently seeking a motivated **Sales Associate **to join our team on a **casual **basis at **Sydney Airport **. This role will play a crucial part in driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and is able to work well within a team environment.
**Typical Duties Include**:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on features and benefits.
- Actively listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service.
- A desire to achieve sales targets.
- You should enjoy customer service as much as making sales.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- The ability to obtain an ASIC pass which includes background checks.
