**The Opportunity**:
Veolia ANZ is seeking a Sales Manager to join our Sales team based in Chullora, looking after Veolia’s customers in the Sydney and Canberra regions. As the Sales Manager you will work closely with a small team, managing a variety of client contracts, as well as drive new business growth within our Resource Recovery line of business.

The Sales Manager role would suit a customer focused go getter with the ability to add value and growth to our existing client accounts and work collaboratively towards a more sustainable future.

**What you'll be responsible for**:

- Develop strategies that identify and actively pursue new business opportunities for the Resource Recovery business in the Southern Region and the Sydney Metropolitan region as required
- Generate leads locally, and establish and nurture client relationships
- Drive the performance of the business in relation to both business growth, revenue and operational efficiency
- Research customer needs and proactively identify how our solutions address them

**What you'll need to be successful**:

- Previous experience within a Sales or Account Management role required
- Waste industry experience highly advantageous
- Ability to provide tailored solutions to customers in challenging situations
- High level interpersonal skills, including ability to clarify, resolve issues, mediate conflict, time manage and make decisions
