**The Opportunity**:
In this key administrative role you will liaise with customers, attend to their queries and solve their issues by referring to administrative information, including rates, invoicing, weighbridge data and other information. Your great attention to administration detail, your ability to analyse information and your communication and customer service skills will make you successful in this position. This would be a great opportunity for someone who has worked in customer service, administration on an operational site or simply likes referring to documentation and data to solve customer problems. **What you'll be responsible for**:

- Provide assistance to external customers and Sales Team enquiries relating to weighbridge and general sales transactions
- Assist with reporting for external customers and operations team
- Raising of credit and debit notes as required
- Provide assistance in internal audit activities

**What you'll need to be successful**:

- Demonstrated experience within a general office or sales support administration environment, including personal/executive assistant or customer service experience
- Strong communication Skills (Written & Verbal).
- Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to clarify, resolve issues, time manage and make decisions
- Ability to establish and maintain ongoing effective relationships
