This role is based in Melbourne, and as part of Entain AUS & NZ, you’ll receive your own company van. The position will involve a fair amount of travel across the state, so your mobility is key. We also offer a flexible, hybrid working model, ensuring a balanced approach to work and life.

**Your day-to-day...**
- **Tournament Operations**: Plan, coordinate, and execute poker tournaments across various venues in Victoria.
- **Venue Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with venue partners, ensuring compliance with APL standards and agreements.
- **Player Engagement**: Foster a positive player experience through excellent customer service and operational excellence.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and motivate a team of tournament directors and staff to ensure seamless event delivery.
- **Business Development**: Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of APL’s presence in Victoria.
- **Compliance and Regulations**: Ensure all operations adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.

**What you'll bring...**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in poker operations, event management, or similar roles within the gaming or hospitality industry.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Strong organizational and logístical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with players, venues, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends, and travel across Victoria as required.
- Knowledge or familiarity with poker industry tournament structures and rules is preferred but not required.
