Our Container Deposit Scheme team is looking for a Plant Supervisor. With this opportunity you will lead a team of maintenance personnel and service providers to manage and maintain fixed plant assets safely and effectively.

**The position**
- Conduct regular reviews of tasks being performed and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure tasks are correctly planned and prepared
- Ensure employees are educated in the requirements necessary to operate effectively on site
- Provide training and feedback to operators with respect to quality
- Manage day to day purchasing of equipment and material required for plant operation

**Skills and Experience**
- Degree qualifications in a related field (desirable)
- Previous supervisory experience
- Commitment to safety and environment processes
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
- Senior first aid ticket and Forklift ticket
