This role is based in **Canberra, ACT.**

Due to the security clearance required for this role, you must be an **Australian Citizen.**

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Managing the delivery of the Services Agreement ensuring that the contractual KPI's are achieved
- Manage and maintain the CMMS system capturing all Preventative and Reactive work orders
- Respond to reported maintenance issues and coordinate efficient and effective responses
- Action, delegate and manage all maintenance requests
- Monitor job requests through to completion

**Skills and Experience**
- Proven experience in a similar role within a property, facilities management or a corporate environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong demonstrated experience in relationship management with external clients and contractors
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible / innovative approach
