What this job involves
We’re looking for a personable, professional, and proactive Facilities Coordinator to join our team and provide Facilities Management support to all Facilities Management teams on WoAG

**A snapshot of the role**:
Assist with the collection of asset data and loading of that data into Corrigo to be compliant with Corrigo data governance

Complete, update and maintain applicable web-based management information systems, including uploading various property / compliance / financial documentation

Liaise with stakeholders internally and externally to ensure inspections are completed, reviewed, and received In line with requirements

Maintain our inspection program and ensuring information for the portfolio is updated and accurate

Build and develop effective relationships with Facilities Managers, Contractors, and Suppliers
