A full time role within the leading Real Estate agency in the Yarra Valley.
For an experienced or aspiring Residential Real Estate Agent, Realtor or Property Sales specialist interested in selling residential properties between $500,000 to $4mil in the Yarra Valley area.
- Requires a real estate licence
- Salary guide $80,000 to $150,000
- Yarra Valley and Melbourne eastern suburbs

You'll be representing vendors and purchasers during the negotiation of selling and purchasing of properties.**Your normal day** includes scheduling tasks into the database, booking vendor and buyer appraisals, and assisting the marketing team by handling certain social media tasks to promote listings and yourself.
Additionally, you'll engage in vendor liaison, coordinating with property photographers, and selecting suitable photos for marketing purposes.
The main focus of your day revolves around establishing your presence in the market and proactively engaging with potential clients by consistently making phone calls.
This involves collaborating within a team of four sales agents, consiting of a Property Lister, Buyers Agents, Agent, and a Junior Prospector.

You'll have access to the biggest database in the area.

An experienced Agent can expect to earn at least $150,000. This of course depends on the individual
Some Real Estate Agents are earning over 200,000
They have a low staff turnover and very healthy team culture with no big egos.

**You will need **to be a licenced real estate agent.
You'll take pride in attaining a strong market knowledge, have a ‘‘never give up’’ attitude and unswerving commitment to the highest ethics in real estate.
