Key Responsibilities:

- Building positive relationships with customers and consumers at various touch points in their journey
- Providing technical product knowledge and solutions to customers and consumers
- Managing customer expectations and providing "no" answers when necessary
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing a "wow" experience throughout the customer journey
- Utilising various data sources to provide relevant and timely information to customers and consumers
- Collaborating with other experts in the business to provide comprehensive solutions to customers and consumers
- Demonstrating loyalty to and protecting company brands

**Required Skills**:

- Proactive with a strong sense of initiative
- Strong product knowledge
- Ability to communicate complex solutions to customers and consumers
- Customer satisfaction mentality with a passion for helping customers
- Ability to navigate websites and data sources to find and transmit information
- Problem-solving and resourceful mentality
- Good judgement and the ability to seek help when necessary
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Experience**:

- 2-3 years of customer service/sales experience
- Customer focus/engagement experience
- Strong computer skills
- Product knowledge is a benefit
- SAP knowledge is a benefit
