About the position


An opportunity for a customer focused individual with energy and ability to use your experience in a customer facing role to thrive with this organisation.

Coordinate the administration function for sales, manufacturing, and transport.

Working among a vibrant and friendly team, your role will involve the following:

  • Support customers on products and services
  • Processing orders with high attention to detail
  • Managing returns
  • Liaising between manufacturing, sales and transport teams
  • Support showroom and reception
  • Quoting
  • Answering customer calls

About you

  • ASAP Start
  • Commitment for the duration of the assignment. _ Ideally, no Holidays or preplanned leave for the next 6 months_
  • Display outstanding communication skills, both written and oral
  • Good telephone manner with a helpful attitude
  • High attention to detail and display ownership of tasks
  • Customer service experience of 2+years in a similar environment
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and excel
  • Ability to problem solve
