**The Opportunity**:
A great opportunity to join a close knit team providing level 1 and 2 support to a part of executive government. You will join a young and vibrant team where your managers are actively present. The team strives for a positive environment with frequent weekly lunches and promotion of flexibility and team spirit.

During your first few weeks, you will work closely with a buddy who will provide first class training to ensure you are fully prepared. This role is available for an immediate start.

**The Role**:

- Moving and lifting equipment such as monitors, desk printers & other general IT assets
- Documenting incidents through the service management capability
- Managing AD, User accounts management, resource groups, distribution lists, front facing exchange features and elevated permissions.

There are rostered shifts between 7am-7pm, where you preference is highly regarding in rostering.

**The Ideal Person**:
You will be earlier in your service desk career but still have some experience. You will be looking for a role where the culture is just as important as the work.

You will have demonstrated experience in an ICT environment and the ability to communicate effectively across all ICT support levels. You will likely also have:

- Experience in Azure
- Demonstrated experience working with executives and ministers
- A positive and friendly outlook

You must be an Australian citizen and **must** have a minimum baseline clearance.

**Salary / Rate**:

- $35/hr - $40/hr + Super
- 12 months contract
- Very flexible with some ability to work from home
