**The Role**:
The Tax Office Restaurant and Bar is an upmarket establishment offering delectable meals complimented by an extensive beverage selection. The Tax Office are on the lookout for an experienced Pass Master to work closely with our kitchen team and ensure a seamless food service to all of our customers.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring all food dockets are accounted for and attended to by kitchen staff in a timely manner.
- Ensuring meals match food docket before sending them to respective tables - ensuring all dietary requirements have been met & acknowledged.
- Ensure meals are delivered to tables by runners in a timely manner.
- Communicating clearly and directly with kitchen staff to ensure errors are kept to a minimum.
- Communicating clearly and directly with food runners to ensure important information is understood and passed forward to relevant personal.
- Always keep kitchen pass tidy, disposing/spiking dockets once meals have been delivered to tables.
- Understand and respect each person’s role in the kitchen.
- Attend the daily briefing to keep current with menu changes/specials.
