The position is being offered on rotating 8/6 day shift, 7/7 night shift roster, DIDO or local to surrounds.- As the service supervisor you will be responsible for a high performing team providing maintenance service and support for a fleet of surface blast hole drills. You will be required to have a high standard in safety and provide quality customer support to the client.- This is a fast paced and dynamic role where you will be required to handle multiple priorities at once. Your positive attitude, being a strong team player and ability to forward think are key to your success in this important role.**Responsibilities of this role consists of but are not limited to the below**:

- Organise, plan, control and deliver maintenance solutions
- Promote and maintain a safe and compliant work environment
- Planning and coordinating delivery of day to day customer maintenance and breakdown requirements
- Manage the WIP (work in progress)
- Coordinate and supervise technicians to deliver exceptional service
- Build sustainable relationships with all stakeholders and provide exceptional customer service Ensure Apprentices are being guided and mentored effectively**The successful applicant must have**:

- Solid multidisciplinary supervision knowledge and experience in an OEM environment
- Solid surface drill maintencne experience will be highly regarded
- Relevant Trade Certificate
- An unrelating safety focus
- Effective people management and leadership skills and experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving ability and trouble shooting skills
- Commitment to providing quality customer service
- Effective organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple conflicting priorities Proficient computer literacy, preferably with experience in SAPAs part of our recruitment process, we require a National Police Clearance, pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen amongst other verification requirements.**Country and city description**:
