We are seeking a suitably experienced and qualified individual to join our site based Technology Team as an Infrastructure Supervisor.

**About You**
- Relevant Tertiary Degree plus several years post graduate experience.
- Strong mix of business, functional, and technical skills.
- Broad knowledge of all technology considerations.
- Networking and Communications knowledge and understanding
- Skills in IT operations, customer, co-worker, and vendor relationships.
- CCNA or equivalent and CCIE certification or equivalent.
- Understanding of LTE technology.
- MS MCSA certification an advantage
- Relevant experience in VMware and Cisco UCS
- Basics knowledge of networking technology and Firewall fundamentals
- Broad knowledge of all technology considerations (performance, scalability, maintainability, deployment, operations, technology infrastructure)

Your ability to multitask in a dynamic environment combined with your skill as an effective communicator across a wide range of disciplines and functions are ideal for this role.

**Key accountabilities will include.**
- Ensure the site systems, network, server and storage infrastructure is maintained to provide reliable services, including working with service providers and regional and global peers to ensure that the environment is stable and highly available.
- Provide real-time support and escalation point for production server storage, network and associated systems issues;
- Collaborate with the regional and global infrastructure teams in definition of infrastructure standards and is responsible for site coordination, implementation and compliance.
- Oversee site Change Management processes and ensures infrastructure changes are applied following the documented process
- Provide technical support and coordination to service providers in relation to site infrastructure management.
- Ensuring site infrastructure documentation is accurate and maintained on a timely basis.
- Responsible for the site’s technology infrastructure-related projects, including definition of site requirements, input to and validation of designs, and oversight of site technology implementations.
- Represent the site in development of and review of global technology Infrastructure projects and guides and participates in technology projects as needed.
- Track related technology issues, coordinates resolution and assists in driving issues to closure.
- Escalate high severity issues and chronic problems to appropriate management.
- Provide timely follow-through with customers and Technology peers on Technology service requests and tasks.
- Participate in the preparation and submission of requests for quotes and capital submissions for equipment/services required for site infrastructure, and procurement of technology infrastructure requirements.
