Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a permanent full time Recruitment Administrator to join our CBD Head Office team.

**THE ROLE**

Reporting to the Recruitment Team Lead and working alongside our existing Recruitment Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the Recruitment team during the selection and on-boarding process. Duties include:

- Managing the Recruitment inbox and ensuring all queries are actioned in a timely manner
- Managing incoming calls to the Recruitment Department and assisting when able or transferring them to the relevant recruiter
- Document and qualification verifications and uploading - high volume data entry
- Onboarding of contractors, including liaising with contracting companies, creating personnel profiles, checking mandatory documentation and qualifications and requesting exemptions
- General administration duties as required

**ABOUT YOU**
- 1-2 years previous administration experience
- Professional and friendly customer service and communication skills, including but not limited to, phone etiquette, verbal, and written correspondence
- High attention to detail, accuracy and dedication to compliance
- Time management skills, ability to manage conflicting priorities and multi-task
- Highly computer literate with previous experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Be a ‘people person’ with a desire to build a career in recruitment and the mining sector
