Are you a Senior Administrator seeking the next step in your career?

I am currently recruiting for a permanent, full-time Property Administration Executive position for one of the fastest growing retailers across Australia and New Zealand, who are based in the Inner West of Sydney.

In this role you will be supporting the company's leasing, administration, store design and delivery team to help contribute to the success and growth of this company.
**Your new role**
- Assist the Lease Administration Manager in reviewing and preparing all leases for execution.
- Manage all casual leases and storage agreements for the Property team.
- Create and maintain monthly property reports.
- Facilitate regular communication with landlords, including distributing annual sales and insurance details.
- Collaborate with finance on various landlord payments.
- Input new leasing information into Lease Eagle database.
- Aid leasing team with preparing presentations, reports, and agendas for internal and external distribution.
- Assist with travel booking and expense reconciliations for the team.
- Support the store design and delivery team with Capex reporting.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Prior experience in a similar support role, preferably within the property sector.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a strong ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Highly motivated and confident, able to build relationships across all organisational levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
