$72k Up to $80k per annum package.

Signature Projects Australia Pty Ltd is a Property Development and Construction company based in north-west Sydney.

We are a well-established property development company with expanding operations into a home building division which will involve construction of hundreds of homes a year. In light of recent legal reforms being made to the NSW Building industry, employment law, environmental law and the need to keep up to date with various council amendments, our expansion means that we will need a full time in-house legal researcher to carry out all the legal research and administration required in relation to each project in an accurate, timely and effective manner.

Role:
You will be responsible for undertaking legal research and administrative services for our company. This will include but may not be limited to the following:
1. Undertaking preliminary legislative and case law research in all areas of law relevant to each new project

2. Providing clear and concise legal reports for project files

3. Reporting and record-keeping in areas of law relevant to corporate matters

4. Liaising with outsourced lawyers where necessary with regards to preparation and documentation of our contracts for sale of land and house building contracts

5. Keeping up to date with new legislation in the Construction and Property Sectors
