Nfinity Financials is a leading team of Mortgage Brokers dealing in residential and commercial mortgage broking. They have a strong database of clients who regularly acquire and sell properties.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Licensed Conveyancer with at least 3 years of experience
- Ability to use Trisearch, LEAP, Smokeball and PEXA

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Collaborate with clients and other team members and work independently to handle real property conveyancing cases.
- Conduct thorough research and due diligence on property transactions.
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to

conveyancing.

- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work
- Liaise with clients, real estate agents, financial institutions, and other stakeholders involved in the conveyancing process.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle large volumes of transactions
- Team management skills as you will be required to lead and manage a team of support staff undertaking conveyancing work
- Undertake various clerical duties including file maintenance and management from own initiative, lodgement of dealings through PEXA.

**Salary**: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bella Vista, NSW 2153: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Conveyancing: 3 years (preferred)
