**Role Overview**:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Campaign Specialist to join our Demand Generation Marketing team in Sydney. Reporting to the Senior Campaign Marketing Manager and working closely with cross-functional teams, this is a critical role in a growing team responsible for building and executing integrated marketing campaigns to drive marketing-sourced and influenced revenue. This marketer will have a deep knowledge of how to engage prospects and bring them through the buying process via multi-channel marketing campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute campaign tactics in line with key priorities of market branding, awareness, demand and lead generation through various digital platforms and multi-touch digital strategies that is aligned to sales and marketing goals.
- Content adaptation and localisation from global campaigns.
- Close collaboration with Digital Marketing Specialist to ensure end to end digital journey in place, where leads generated are then further channelled into digital nurture and digital re-marketing tactics.
- Ensure operational excellence with digital campaign execution, lead generation and management.
- Work with global marketing automation team on campaigns set up accurately.
- Discipline in uploading leads generated from the digital campaigns.
- Tracking of leads and ensuring that they are driven through the funnel.
- Monitoring of digital campaign dashboards to ensure that leads are captured and results tracked.
- Continuous improvements to campaigns and provide on the ground feedback based on results achieved.
- Manage reporting and analytics of programmes tied to digital campaign KPIs.
- Own end-to-end execution of each program ensuring the right stakeholders are involved and deliver on time and budget.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of campaign management experience.
- Ability to compile, analyse performance data and metrics and make recommendations on campaign directions to identify growth and optimisation opportunities.
- Proficient with SFDC and working knowledge of marketing automation tools.
- Experience aligning on strategic direction and supporting global promotional strategy that requires input from multiple teams.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a distributed and matrix structure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid project management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and last-minute changes.
- Detail oriented and excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of best practices with regards to campaign development and execution, buyer’s journey mapping and persona profiling.
- Experience in working with BDRs, sales teams, senior executives and external agencies to execute and implement campaign roll-out.
