**Team Leader Technical Support**
- **Location Parramatta CBD with access to hybrid work arrangements**:

**Your role**

Manage a team of technical specialists responsible for the operational maintenance of the organisation s ICT environment through the provision of technical support and advice to users across multiple locations, platforms, and technologies.

**What you ll do**
- Manage the consistent use of agreed tools and methods to address and resolve user identified problems in line with service level agreements
- Escalate performance issues with internal and/or external providers to minimise adverse impact of systems availability on business continuity

**What we re looking for**
- Strong understanding of managing staff responsible for maintaining and configuring cloud environments specifically in Azure and AWS.
- High-level knowledge of SAN storage administration, including capacity planning, performance optimisation, and troubleshooting.
- Skilled in managing teams, including performance evaluations, setting goals and objectives, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Proactive in identifying areas for improvement in cloud operations, developing and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Communicates effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing regular updates and progress reports on cloud-related projects and initiatives.
- Experience developing and maintaining relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, ensuring that all service level agreements and contracts are met.
- Skills and experience necessary to manage the backup and restore team effectively, ensuring the protection of critical data across the organisation.
