This is an exciting new role with an international leader in mobility with 100,000 employees across 19 countries. Our client designs and operates public transport networks - buses, trains, shared bikes, ferries and more - to empower freedom to move early 10 million passengers every day.
Located in the Redlands Coast, this position is perfect for someone who comes with a background, and passion, for the transport sector as well as training and developing emerging staff.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver and design a range of training programs and activities, face-to-face and online through the Learning Management System (LMS) to support the delivery of training initiatives. This might include training new Bus Operators and facilitating the Certificate III in Driving Operations.
- Conduct regular assessments for Bus Operators to verify competency and complete the associated assessment reports.
- Maintain and track records of training assessments for all employees for both regulatory and audit purposes.
- Participate, where required in incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Review and create recommendations for training effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement.
- Manage curriculums, learning pathways, modules in the LMS and ensure records are well maintained with a focus on strong data integrity and compliance.
- Provide technical support, respond, and resolve issues regarding all aspects of the LMS including user issues, content delivery, design and development issues.
- Manage content on the LMS, ensuring all eLearning, video content, and interactive materials meet required standards.
- Generate and prepare reporting and data analysis from the LMS.

**What we are looking for**:

- TAE40116 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Medium rigid license or above
- Certificate III in Driving Operations (Bus), highly desired or willingness to complete
- Certificate IV in Driving Instruction, highly desired or willingness to complete
- Experience in a transport, industrial or highly regulated environment
- Experience in the successful implementation of training programs or newly qualified and willing to learn
- Effective relationship building skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with all stakeholders across the operation
- Good project management skills and the ability to think ahead and forward plan
- Demonstrate good time management and be able to multitask in a changing environment
- Interest in technology and using an LMS and knowledge of best practice training principles
