Role Overview

Casual Educators play a vital role in supporting our centres and children in providing enriching and responsive learning experiences. As a Casual Educator at Goodstart, you will be a flexible, team-oriented professional, ready to support our centres and children wherever and whenever needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively contribute to the education program in the room and the centre team
  • Engage and supervise the children at all times
  • Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
  • Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

Requirements

We are seeking individuals who hold an ACECQA approved early childhood qualification, are willing to travel between other local services and have flexible availability between Monday-Friday, 6:00am to 6:00pm.
