Staff Health Coordinator

This position will build and sustain relationships with stakeholders and work closely to ensure that they understand and comply with legislative requirements, minimise risk to the University, and develop practical solutions that make a difference.

**The successful applicant will have**:
Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science and Rehabilitation or equivalent expertise and a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role.

High clinical ability to assess pre-employment health declarations, Fitness for Work cases and ergonomic reviews and recommend reasonable work accommodations

Well-developed communication, consultative and influencing skills, with a demonstrated ability to encourage and persuade change and collaborate with the People and Culture teams to identify injury or illness trends or workplace risks.

You will also demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University’s values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry, Personal Excellence and Courage.

ECU is a smoke-free environment.

Benefits & Remuneration
This ongoing, full-time position attracts remuneration of $117,599 to $131,767 p.a (HEW 7) includes 17% superannuation contribution.
