**The exciting opportunity**:
- Full operational responsibility of a 100 bed facility 30 minutes North or Perth’s CBD
- Hold full profit and loss responsibility; driving funding, managing costs and maximising resources to achieve financial targets
- Lead the facility to maintain compliance with governing legislation, with assistance from two Clinical Nurse Managers and a supportive head office team
- Manage and mentor a team, maintaining a culture where staff are committed to best practice, person centred care
- Implement and support quality improvement activities so residents and their families’ expectations are not just met, but exceeded
- Develop genuine and productive relationships with residents and their families to provide an exceptional customer experience

- Experience in a Service Manager role within residential aged care
- A confident and approachable leader who guides their team by providing mentoring, support and clear standards
- Proven track record working towards legislation and helping a service achieve accreditation
- Superb customer service skills and a demonstrated ability developing productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Resilient, solution oriented, results driven and able to approach situations both logically and innovatively
