About the Role

Brightwater is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our multi-disciplinary team. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering quality care and support to our clients in a safe and respectful manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver clinical and care services to meet the needs of our clients, including hygiene, personal grooming, and continence support
  • Administer medication and ensure that all care needs are delivered in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure that all clients receive high-quality care and support
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our clients
  • Provide education and support to our clients and their families on various aspects of care

Requirements

  • Registered with AHPRA and able to provide evidence of registration
  • 2 years of aged care experience and a strong track record of delivering high-quality care
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality care and support
