**About the Position**:
As a Rostering Support Officer, you will undertake a range of support services to enable the Rostering Team to achieve its objectives in a timely, reliable, and efficient manner. A large component of your role will include the creation and analysis of complex reports to ensure staff rosters, leave and pay are accurate and within contract and award requirements. In addition, you will provide accurate and consistent advice for line managers and other staff as required in relation to policy and Awards, and electronic systems and processes. This is a great opportunity for career progression within the team.

The Rostering Support department provides assistance to managers across HNELHD to ensure staff are rostered efficiently and effectively and in alignment with Award requirements. The high performing team is focused on quality improvement and works hard to ensure excellence is consistently at the forefront of service delivery. The team is dynamic and really enjoy the work they do.
