Located in Melbourne's southeastern suburbs, our client is seeking an energetic sales administrator to work in their processing team. **Your new role**
Your duties and responsibilities include
- Liaise with warehouses regarding freight and delivery: stock availability, product code issues, delivery delays.
- Support the aftersales team regarding claim queries if required
- Process refunds, credits, and payments regarding online orders
- Manage reselection requests
- Produce quotes generated from online systems
- Update customer information ; address details, delivery dates, and payment schedule
- Assist the sales team with new sales orders : processing on an internal database
- Collaborate with the warehouse and sales administration team regarding stock reallocation
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will require the following
- Full working rights in Australia (able to work 38 hours weekly for 12 months plus)
- High level of data integrity and experience working in a product-based business
- System savvy
- Must have demonstrated experience working in an administration role
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous administration experience working in manufacturing, logistics, supply chain or retail business would be highly advantageous.
