As the Studio Coordinator, you will support the the day-to-day management of brief prioritisation, workflow management and scheduling of resources across the studio for efficient delivery. You will ensure that all briefs and work from across the business flow efficiently to creative and production departments and maintaining budgets and schedules are core to this role. This role is responsible for interfacing with internal clients, agreeing allocated creative hours/production budget for the studio across each brief and keeping creative and production teams on task, on deadline, keeping all parties updated on the progress. Once complete, you will also be responsible for the dispatch of all Studio assets as directed by stakeholders, Marketing Managers and Studio team Managers.

In addition, you will support the Brand Manager with brand queries, reviews and checks, and ensuring a timely response to stakeholders. You will also provide administrative support to the team where needed, including invoice reconciliation and payments for freelance resources and support.

To be successful in this role, you will have superior project, time and stakeholder management skills, ability to drive creative delivery, a deep understanding of creative processes (across design, video and photography) to help with reviewing briefs, scheduling and quoting creative hours.

You’ll have
- Strong creative and/or marketing delivery background with a minimum of 4 years’ experience/background in relevant role(s); creative agency experience will be highly regarded
- Results driven attitude
- Strong people leadership skills with experience working with high performing teams
- Exceptional project management skills; including workflow process management, planning, resource management and time management skills
- Solid stakeholder management skills including influencing to affect positive business outcomes
- Strong communication skills, with an ability to manage stakeholders of varying levels of expertise and experience through complex processes and engagements
- Capability to trouble shoot and problem solve
- Capability to prioritise and support competing projects in a high-pressure environment
- Solid understanding of brand guidelines and production process across video, design, artwork, photography and ability to drive creative resources to effective output
- Tertiary qualifications in Design, Arts, Production, Marketing or relevant field
