The firm has 200 staff in total with offices in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane. The role will be based in their Sydney CBD office.

The Role:

  • Greet visitors on entry
  • Answer all incoming calls and distribute
  • Manage the receipt and distribution of all mail and common email accounts
  • Arrange couriers
  • Prepare meeting rooms for meetings
  • Manage meeting rooms and schedule appointments for staff from other offices
  • Make travel bookings for staff, including flights, accommodation, and car hire
  • Managing provisions and supplies to both the studio and breakout areas
  • Participate in ongoing performance improvement by assisting in developing processes, templates, and guidelines
  • Liaise with suppliers to organise library updates and presentations
  • QA filing
  • Arranging / coordinating cultural events in the office
  • Ensuring interstate studio connectivity
  • Working with interstate colleagues in admin and submissions

Skills
You will be required to use various software programs, and training will be provided in specific areas and will include :

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
  • Video Conferencing Software
  • Adobe Suite (Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) ideally, but not essential.
