**Your next exciting job opportunity -**

BMT is searching for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our People Team as a **Talent Acquisition Specialist**. This role offers a unique blend of working on both regional and global people projects and initiatives, coupled with a strong emphasis on supporting our talent acquisition efforts. As a member of the APAC team, you will report directly to the Head of People APAC and collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager APAC to shape our talent strategy and enhance employee engagement within the region.

**In this role you will be able to**:

- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to design and execute targeted recruitment strategies for critical positions.
- Participate in regional and global people projects that drive employee engagement and organisational growth.
- Collaborate with business leaders and teams on people strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Provide valuable support in talent development, training, and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Assist in resolving employee relations matters.
- Cultivate a robust employer brand through various channels, such as social media and networking.
- Contribute insights to continuously improve our recruitment processes.

**Relevant Education, Experience, and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, or HR generalist complemented by a keen interest in broader people initiatives.
- Proficient knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the APAC region.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail.
- Familiarity with ATS systems.
