**The role**

Reporting to the Contracts and Funding Lead, this role will:

- be responsible for data cleansing, transforming, validating, and analysing data; and reporting in real time, on time, and in collaboration with sub-contractors and commissioning agencies/ funders;
- build capacity in teams and managers to meet our data-entry and reporting requirements; and
- actively collaborate with our local self-organising teams and managers and the Client Management System (CMS) Lead to achieve mutual agreement on standardised processes.

The key responsibilities include:

- Engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders to build new programs into Salesforce to ensure reports and data meet requirements;
- Diagnose problems affecting our systems and data and resolve to enable availability, continuity and integrity of services;
- Work with the Contract and Funding Lead to identify and propose improvements; and support stakeholders to implement changes to current systems, process, reporting and data;
- Support One Door in creating purposeful dashboards for Teams/Managers to meet contractual obligations and in learning how to use One Door’s data and reporting platforms;
- Support Teams and Managers to develop and implement Evidence Measures and other emerging data/reporting-associated tasks;
- Understand and communicate the implications of new technologies and how they can be used to enable business improvement.

**What we are looking for**
- Demonstrated experience working with CRMs including Salesforce.
- Experience in Microsoft Excel, MSSQL (Reporting), PowerBI or Tableau will be highly regarded.
- Experience with design, implementation and automation using reporting tools/platforms.
- Understanding reporting tools, sources of data, their common uses and limitations as well as experience in automating where possible.
- Performing, transforming, and automating regular reporting. (Look at tools/systems/processes to improve on what we have)
- End to end experience with implementing reporting solutions with be highly regarded.
- Well-developed administrative, problem-solving and organising skills, with an understanding of mental health, psychosocial support and/or community services.
- Strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and practices would be advantageous.
- Sound experience with data management and data processing flowcharting techniques
