Will you be part of the solution?
We are looking for a **Supply Operations Analyst**, on a 12-month fixed term contract. Reporting to the Business Improvement Manager, you will have a keen interest in supply chain operations. This role will expose you to the costs, and end-to-end processes across the entire Supply Chain. You need to be an analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. This role requires strong communication skills and you will be curious by nature and innovative in your thinking.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Reconcile and track actual Buy/Sell and Borrow & Loan arrangements between Third Party Suppliers
- Create price builds and reconcile purchases and sales with Third Party Suppliers & Customers.
- Stakeholder management with internal teams.
- Review/challenge or process supplier invoices.
- Review invoices for accuracy.
- Provide leave cover for Supply Analysts
**Qualifications**:
**Skills and Experience**:
- Strong accounting skills
- Procurement and supply chain knowledge advantageous
- High attention to detail
- Inventory/stock reconciliation
- Advanced Excel skills
- JDE and Power BI experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Dynamic and proactive thinker
- Preferred education background in Accounting or Supply Chain Management
