Tsavo Wellness in Mosman is a small business founded by a mother-daughter duo at it's heart. The team is looking for an experienced and passionate floor assistant AND a qualified beauty therapist as two separate roles are available.

(Floor position) We are seeking someone who
- Has an existing passion and interest in natural health such as Biohacking, Red Light therapy, Cryotherapy, Infrared saunas
- Open to part-time/casual work hours with the goal of growing into more.
- Confident in sales skills and helping convert new clients into regular visitors.
- Confident using CRM systems for making appointments, pulling history when required and communicating with our clientele.
- You are kind and hospitable and enjoy customer service roles.
- You have an eye for detail and a natural initiative to complete tasks without the manager having to frequently ask.
- Available with no significant going-away plans from June-August 2024.

**Job Description**:

- Front desk duties such as bookings, phone calls, welcoming clients, setting clients up in their treatment rooms, flipping rooms for the next guest, guest checkout and membership/package sales
- Helping to maintain a clean and hygienic clinic.
- Meeting KPIS in sales of memberships and packages
- The first few shifts guided by our team to familiarise yourself with Tsavo's equipment. After training we expect our team to confidently discuss key benefits and be able to sell/upsell a service booking.

Requirements for our beauty therapist position:

- Have completed formal training and hold therapist qualifications
- Passionate about skin health and helping people resolve their skin concerns
- Ideally at Least 4 Years of clinic experience performing facials and floor / FOH responsibilities in a spa/clinic
- A positive attitude and willingness to support the team’s overall success and on-the-floor responsibilities when not needed for a facial booking
- Sales Skills in the customer service industry
- Must be willing to work on weekends if there are treatment bookings
- Confident in your delivery of relaxing and effective treatments, your clients have always left their bookings feeling calm, nurtured and pleased with the experience.
- You can develop a treatment plan or schedule for clients skin needs

Pay: $24.34 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 30 per week
