**The Role**:
The Project Controls Coordinator is accountable to the Manager Delivery Programs Governance and Execution for facilitating the administrative and project control functions of the Operational Technology Maintenance and Project Delivery (OTMPD) program.

This will be achieved through:

- Ensuring OTMPD project controls are executed according to Melbourne Water management plans and business objectives, including work order management, tracking, financial forecasting, transmittals and invoice processing.
- Contract management support, including KPI monitoring, reporting, monthly financials, correspondence, documentation and associated coordination with Service Providers.
- Ensuring up to date program reporting is carried out covering OTMPD performance, contract KPIs and status of works delivery at a program and project level.

**Your Skills and Experience**:
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Advanced level of administrative skills associated with information management, documentation and reporting.
- Understanding of project management, preferably in operational technology context.
- Demonstrated high level of experience with business reporting methods, systems and tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong Excel, MS Project and PowerPoint skills.

Desirable but not mandatory:

- Knowledge and experience with contract management and handling project and contract information.
- Certification(s) in the project management discipline from a recognized organization (Primavera, PMI, AACE etc.).
- Experience with asset management and financial systems, in particular Maximo and Technology 1.
