**ABOUT THE ROLE:
**Summary of the role**:

- Promote emotional and physical rehabilitation through engaging residents in recreational activities of their choice that promote holistic wellbeing
- Create, facilitate and evaluate individual and group lifestyle programs to ensure that our residents have the best day possible each and every day.
- Work in consultation with the wider care team to provide relevant and timely information for the care planning process
- You will be supported and guided by the Lifestyle Coordinator.

**ABOUT YOU:
- Completed or currently enrolled in Certificate IV in Lifestyle & Leisure (Diversional Therapy), or similar
- Previous experience in a lifestyle role in an aged care environment
- Highly motivated and engaging personality with a desire to teach and make a difference within the home
- Demonstrated time management and an excellent relationship-builder
- Previous experience delivering recreational activities and the ability to work within a team environment
