We are looking for an experienced receptionist who is looking for a rewarding and fulfilling role to join us at JUMP Swim Schools Fairfield. This role will assist our team to deliver lessons to infants, toddlers and young children. Willing to gain AUSTSWIM or Swim Australia qualification would be an advantage, current CPR certificate and working with children check required.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**

**About you**

Our Swim Schools pride themselves on focusing on our customers' needs and providing a personal experience for our clients. We are looking for a receptionist who:

- love kids
- have great customer service skills
- are enthusiastic and child-focused
- has high attention to detail
- use a positive attitude to foster relationships with children and their parents.

**Essential**
- Current CPR
- Working with Children check
- Customer service experience

**Desirable**
- Qualified Swim Instructor — AUSTSWIM/Swim Australia
- AUSTSWIM Teacher of Infant and Preschool Aquatics qualification would be an advantage
- AUSTSWIM Teacher of Aquatics -- Access and Inclusion

**Job Type and Category**

This role is a Casual position paid under the Fitness Industry Award 2010.

Administrative Duties:

- Scheduling
- Stocking supplies
- Answering and routing phone calls
- Greeting visitors
- Cleaning

Financial Duties:

- Processing payments

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Fairfield, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
