Are you looking to start or develop your career within Financial Services and have excellent customer service experience? If so this is the role for you

A national provider of home loans is seeking a number of customer service operators to join their expanding team. You will be answering home loan inquiries, resolving escalations and providing superior customer service.

The Call Centre is open 7 days a week with operating hours from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and work a Saturday or a Sunday every 5 weeks on a rotating roster. You will be answering around 40 inbound calls per day.

We are looking for people with:

- Call centre or customer service experience
- Stable work history
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working towards KPI’s
- Well-presented
- Exceptional phone manner
- Excellent customer service experience
- Attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Like learning new skills and information
- Eager to learn, grow and develop your career
