**Job Description**:
As our **Victorian Customer Experience Manager**, this role will see** **you execute IPAR’s strategic business objectives through customer engagement, product innovation and business development activities. You will work primarily across IPAR's customers in the Workers Compensation system, supporting our account management and operational teams to deliver the very best in customer experience.

The role is primarily based in Melbourne, however hybrid working arrangements can be accommodated.

**About you**
- You have wide ranging personal injury, workers compensation, rehabilitation and customer management knowledge and experience.
- Are a positive leader who believes in having a strong team culture that drives KPI success.
- Have the commercial acumen to drive business growth, profitability, quality initiatives through business development & marketing activities.
- Strategic thinking to support the needs of our customers and enhance our customer service framework.
- Be an expert at building long term customer relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Outstanding leadership expertise with interactions between senior management expected.

**About the role**

As part of the Victorian senior leadership team, this broad role provides the opportunity to make a significant impact in the performance of our business and will see you:

- Establish a customer strategy, with IPAR’s Victorian State Manager, to achieve alignment with business growth objectives and revenue opportunities
- Undertake management of select key customers, plus business development activities to grow existing and create new business
- Identify and undertake a lead role in the delivery of innovations to our customers
- Support the professional development of our customer experience and operational teams
- Deliver a program of customer forums and thought leadership meetings across our national footprint

**Qualifications**:
Tertiary Qualifications in health, business, or personal injury desired but not essential.
