**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**JOB TITLE**: Customer Service/Sales Support
**JOB TYPE**: Permanent Part-Time
**INITIAL TERMS**:5.5 hours per day (8:00 to 14:00) plus pro-rata leave and superannuation entitlements
**LOCATION**:Unit 18, 84 Reserve Road, Artarmon NSW 2064
**SUPERVISOR**:Danny Actypis (Managing Director)
**SUMMARY**:
**MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Customer Service**
- Respond to customer/distributor requests for product and pricing information, stock availability and samples
- Co-ordinate the assembly and distribution of samples
- Preparation and distribution of product specification sheets
- Attend to ad-hoc customer deliveries and collection of customer payments, on request
**Sales Support**
- Coordinate meetings for customers, distributors and internal sales representatives
- Assist with set-up of trade shows and cooking demonstrations (Events)
- Ensure that all necessary product, equipment, promotional and sales material is available for events
- Attend trade shows and cooking demonstrations (events) as a representative of Fina Foods and attend to customer inquiries face-to-face
- Collect customer information, manage CRM databases and filing systems.
- Assist with arranging travel, transport and itineraries for Managing Director for interstate or international trade shows and customer and/or supplier visits
- Provide back-up support for the processing of orders, invoices and payments (usually done by accounts and administrative staff)
**Marketing Support**
- Liaising with external marketing service providers to source promotional materials.
- Creating ad hoc social media content (photograph and video Managing Director with customers, photograph food and Fina Foods products)
- Daily posting on social media platforms
**Logistics Support**
- Liaise with transport and logistics staff and service providers to coordinate deliveries of stock and product
**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
**Experience**
- Customer service, administrative or sales support is experience essential.
- FMCG, or Food Retail, Distribution or Manufacturing industry experience is desirable.
**Skills**
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook).
- Intermediate Social Media posting (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- A knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if required (eg. Xero & CRM systems).
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Organised and able to meet deadlines.
- Flexibility and adaptability to respond quickly to changing high-paced environment.
- Beginner sales skills.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 25 per week

- Monday to Friday
