**About the Role**

We are looking for a new Licensing Coordinator to join the Smiggle Buying team in an admin based role. This role is new to the structure and will look after the licensing process of Smiggle for the Product Team. Reporting to the Head of Product & Sourcing, you will be responsible for all product submissions, collating samples and liaising with licensors among many other things This role is full time but we are open to four days per week too - all based at our Support Office on St Kilda Rd, Melbourne.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the internal process from start to finish - all product submissions, queries and approvals
- Review commentary from licensors and work back with the product and design team regarding any changes
- Manage all licensors systems and maintain internal approval trackers for all licenses
- Collate samples for our Visual Merchandise and Marketing teams for photoshoots
- Collate and sending of all samples to licensors
- Liaise with design team, product team and quality assurance team
- Manage ongoing admin tasks
- Manage new licensor submissions

**Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum two years in a similar role
- Proven attention to detail
- Excel knowledge
- Basic design experience
