We support online learning via a range of online eLearning platforms incorporating AI, Virtual Classrooms, Apps and other current and emerging technologies. We are seeking an experienced Organisation and Methods Analyst to support our growth strategy.

**About The Role**:
We are looking for Organisation and Methods Analyst to join the business and facilitates in operational optimization of business. The focus of this role is to analyses existing strategic and models to determine the most effective changes required to meet customer demands of service excellence and business requirements for efficiencies.

**Objectives of this Role**:

- Provide insights, findings, recommendations, support, and advice that will result in the achievement of the following company strategic objectives:

- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement process maps to optimize efficiency.
- Develop plans and programs for change implementation in the organization including improvement of workflows and procedures.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Support business in creating short and medium-term strategic plans.
- Improve customer experience and satisfaction levels.
- Reduce operational waste of company resources. E.g. re-work.
- Building, customizing, automating, and standardizing dashboards and reports that enable leadership to have an analytical and cross-sectional view of the business, supporting strategic decision-making that adds value to the organization.
- Advise on business restructuring having regard to current and future market trends.
- Identify potential risks associated with process changes and propose mitigation strategies to safeguard the organization's operations.
- Assisting the company towards a more efficient organization and developing solutions for organizational problems.

Skills and Qualifications:

- 4+ years of industry or consulting experience.
- Proficient in Business intelligence tools.
- Proficient in Change Management
- Proficient in writing systems and procedures
- MBA, Master's degree, or another postgraduate degree (desirable).
- Delivery focused individual with strong business, data and technology skills and full systems life cycle project implementation experience.
- Exceptional Communication Skills (verbal and written), particularly in simplifying complex topics into easy to understand, actionable insights
- Enjoys Problem Solving & has Attention to Detail
- Superior analytical skills, with the ability to translate analysis into recommendations.
- Familiarity with business management software such as CRM and ERP
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.

**Salary**:
$80000 Plus Super
