Position Overview:

As a team member of One Composite, you'll spearhead the creation of high-performance composite materials in our advanced facility, pushing innovation for top-tier solutions in aerospace, automotive, marine, and more. The following outlines the key responsibilities and attributes for the roles within our growing company:

MOULD PACKERS

Responsibilities:

• Read and apply the SOP/PACK LIST to the mould in the correct sequence and side as indicated.

• Exercise care to avoid damaging the gel coat surface, using minimal spray glue where necessary.

• Lay the material in the mould according to specifications; with practice, this process will become intuitive, reducing layup times.

• Call the supervisor for a check and sign-off on the build sheet once all materials are layered up.

• Move on to the next mould and repeat the process.

Attributes Needed:

• Adherence to instructions and processes without deviation.

• Patience and meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Opportunities:

CNC OPERATOR/ROBOT OPERATOR

Requirements:

• Proficiency in operating CNC machines, including loading programs and materials.

• Similar proficiency in robotic trimming, including loading parts, locking them in, and selecting the correct trim program.

Attributes Needed:

• Strong attention to detail; double-check before cutting.

• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.

• Commitment to safety and maintaining a clean workspace.

• Efficient packing of cut material into designated bins.

• Handling and organisation of trolleys in the robot room.

Opportunities:

• The starting wage is $30/hour, based on individual capabilities.
