The Role

We are seeking an experienced, friendly Medical Receptionist/Clinical Assistant to join our wonderful team at the New Town Skin Cancer & Skin Repair Centre on a permanent, part-time basis. This role is for 48 hours per fortnight. Our current centre hours are Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 5.00pm. This role is split 50% medical reception and 50% clinical assistant.

In this role you will be:

- Meeting and greeting patients
- Scheduling appointments and pro-actively coordinating the appointment book
- Accurately entering patient data in
- Processing payments
- Assisting in tidying up consult rooms
- Providing general administration duties as required
- Assisting the doctors with Total Body Photography

You are:

- customer focused and make patient care the top priority

- approachable, reliable and dependable
- willing to go the extra mile when required
- experienced in admin/reception
- sensitive in your approach when dealing with patients
- authorised to work in Australia
