Admin Assistant for Repair/rma Division

**Job Overview**:
Join our dynamic Repair/RMA team as an Admin Assistant and be part of an exciting role managing RMA cases. You will assist in job creation, the logistics of RMA cases, and liaising with manufacturers to submit cases. This role offers hands-on learning, including the operation of our in-house system and **SAP Business One**, as well as technical support and customer service training.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist with the creation and management of RMA jobs in the system.
- Oversee the logistics of RMA cases, from initial submission to final resolution.
- Liaise with manufacturers for RMA case submissions and follow-ups.
- Learn to navigate our in-house system and **SAP Business One**:
- Provide support to the RMA team with daily administrative tasks.
- Offer customer service support and help resolve RMA-related inquiries.
- Be trained on how drones work and even learn how to fly them
