Roles available
1) Teacher
- Deliver engaging classes from our unique Virtual Studios located in Robina, Bundamba, Toowoomba, Pimlico, and Cairns.
- Shape the learning experience for our students and foster a collaborative environment.
- Flexible work arrangements: Choose between part-time (PT) or full-time (FT) opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities of Teacher role may include**:
- Lead and manage effective teaching and learning within online learning environments with a focus on student engagement, progression and success.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance the quality of training and assessment provided to students.
- Develop effective working relationships with students, client groups and staff by participating in team meetings, industry reference groups, student events and forums, inviting feedback and engaging in reflection.
- Contribute to planning, design, development, implementation and review of educational programs.
- Participate in relevant professional learning activities to develop and maintain currency of personal and professional skills, knowledge and attitudes for both industry and learning, teaching and assessment.
2) 'Skills Coach' (Senior Tutor)
- Be a trusted advisor to our students on their educational journey
- Complete assessment grading duties

- This role offers a casual opportunity, allowing you to balance work and life seamlessly.
**Key Responsibilities of Senior Tutor role may include**:
- Conduct tutorial activities designed by a supervising teacher
- Supervise support and/or contribute to the collection of assessment evidence.
- Provide support to students in preparing for assessment processes and where academic progression intervention is required, as directed.
- Conduct student marking, assessment and assign grades.
- Contribute to the planning, design, development and review of educational programs and learning content as part of an educational team.

Mandatory Qualifications/Requirements
a. Vocational competencies at least to the level being delivered and assessed;
- Diploma of Leadership & Management (BSB50420) and/or;
- Diploma of Business (BSB50120)
b. Possession of one of the following training and assessment credentials:
- TAE40116 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment; or its successor
- TAE40110 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus TAELLN411 Address Adult Language, Literacy and Numeracy Skills and TAEASS502 Design and Develop Assessment Tools;
- TAE50111 - Diploma of Vocational Education and Training;
- TAE50116 - Diploma of Vocational Education and Training; or its successor;
- TAE50211 - Diploma of Training Design and Development;
- TAE50216 - Diploma of Training Design and Development, or its successor;
- Higher-level qualification in adult education (approved by TAFE Queensland).
c. Current industry skills directly relevant to the training and assessment being provided;
d. Current knowledge and skills in vocational training and learning that informs the training and assessment provided;
**Note**: Proof of qualifications and industry currency/experience to be provided at interview.
