After a detailed onboarding program you will have a sound knowledge of the 3 core offerings we provide for businesses; Working Capital, Asset and Commercial and Development lending. With this you will be confident when dealing with new Valiant customers who have enquired about our service.

About the role

In this role, you are working in the heart of a high performing sales team. You are responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to our partners and their clients and providing industry leading finance solutions. In this role you will have a specialised team that works alongside you and provides you with pre qualified leads

You will enjoy all the excitement of a fast paced and collaborative sales team and thrive on achieving both individual and company goals. We are forecasting a strong period of growth across 2023 so are on the hunt for new, driven members to come join us and achieve monthly sales targets while earning a very attractive remuneration package (uncapped commissions)

What you'll do
- Strategic ownership of the sales cycle post customer acquisition right through to settlement
- You will be responsible for managing warm referrals from our sales development team through to settlement and will be supported by our onshore and offshore support team.
- Take a consultative approach with customers to ensure the solution provided suits their unique business needs and create long-term partnerships from repeat business
- Consistently delivering excellent service to a large pipeline of qualified customers
- Achieving monthly revenue targets and KPI’s
- Contributing regularly to the development of new & improved processes

**Requirements**:

- Previous phone and/or face to face direct lending sales experience (strongly preferred)
- Hungry for progression and uncapped commissions
- results driven and motivated to achieve set targets and KPI's
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Keen interest in learning about finance
- Natural ability to build real, meaningful relationships with key internal & external stakeholders.
- Confidence to work both autonomously & in a team setting.
