**Role Description**

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets.

1. Identifying New Business Opportunities:

- Researching and identifying potential clients, markets, and industries for business expansion specifically in the IT sector
- Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Generating leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

2. Developing Business Strategies:

- Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing initiatives to enhance business performance.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of business strategies and making adjustments as necessary.

3. Negotiating and Closing Deals:

- Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure new business opportunities.
- Closing deals and finalizing agreements to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

4. Monitoring Market Trends and Competitor Activities:

- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Conducting regular market research and analysis to stay informed about market dynamics and customer preferences.
- Providing insights and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field and have an understanding of IT
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, business development strategies, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
- Knowledge of the US market specifically California and industry trends is preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Pay: $300.00 - $500.00 per week

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
