You will undertake the Contract Administration process to ensure landscape capital projects are completed successfully in accordance with the design and specification. This is on a **PART TIME** basis

**What You Will Be Working On**:
As a Landscape Construction Officer, you will play a key role in the delivery of project plans and feedback which lead to efficient outcomes. Your responsibilities will include project planning, goal setting, effective procurement and contract management. You will collaborate closely with contractors and stakeholders to achieve project objectives and deliver exceptional outcomes for the community.

**What Type Of Person Will Be Successful**:
Your substantial experience in horticulture and landscape construction will be key to the ouctomes of this role.

Other skills that will support you in this role include:

- Experience within procurement processes and contract management
- Ability to maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans and progress reports
- Ability to communicate project status, achievements, and challenges to stakeholders through regular reports
- Ability to implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables
- Experience in supporting horticulture, labdscape or irrigation construction projects
