Entry Level Admin Assistant

**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Professionally and courteously answer incoming calls, redirect calls, take accurate messages and relay them promptly
- Make outbound calls to suppliers, stockists, etc.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional reception area, greeting visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Assist in organising and maintaining executive calendars.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and events accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with coordination of various tasks, including meetings, projects, and events.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain accurate and organised records, both physical and electronic.
- File documents and records in accordance with established procedures.
- Invoicing through MYOB.
- Software used includes MYOB, Ordermentum, Cooking The Books. Experience in these is helpful but not necessary.
- Performing any other duties as required in similar areas.
